From, children to teenagers to elderly people and physically disadvantaged – our doors are open to everyone. Whether you are looking to develop your Martial Arts prowess in the art of ju-jitsu, learn modern self defence, improve your health or just increase your self confidence and awareness, we will adjust our training program to cater for individual needs.

World Jujitsu Federation Family Fitness Self Defence Academy is open six days a week and membership entitles you to train as often as you like including the use of the gym. Classes on offer include jujitsu, kickboxing, aikido, mixed martial arts and fitness classes. Learning Martial Arts at WJJF is a complete experience, we back up our teaching program with a comprehensive range of books and dvd’s/video’s covering all aspects of your training course.

Throughout the year we hold National events, giving you the opportunity to train with fellow WJJF members.
